Vehicles abandoned on public roads.

Vehicles may not   be left on public roads. Vehicles   which have been abandoned will be removed and impounded when the vehicle: 

1.

Is causing an obstruction.

2.

Is parked in a prohibited area.

3.

Is left standing unattended for more than 24 hours on a public road outside an urban area.

4.

Is left standing unattended for more than 7 days on a public road in an urban area.

5.

Has no licence or registration number.

6.

Is parked in a no stopping or no parking area.
